AMSOIL and OEM EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!!   People are still reluctant to use Synthetic Lubricants with extended drain intervals,  mainly because they are uneducated about synthetics and because they have been using one product or another all their life.   Hopefully some of the articles posted on my blog will help to give a better understanding of AMSOIL and their products.   Ever since AMSOIL first came on the market back in 1972 they have touted a 25,000 mile or one year service life performance on engine oils.  While engine manufacturers have recommended changing oil and filter at 3,000 miles, AMSOIL has continually saved consumers money and time by the extended change intervals.  Remember garages and quick changes shops want your service and want your money.   One question many have had is what happens to the warranty on my vehicle should I have problems?   This has never been a concern with AMSOIL because if it was an oil related problems, AMSOIL would stand behind their products.  HOWEVER, because mechanics and vehicle Service Managers are uneducated about synthetics and not wanting to take time to work with their consumers who might have a problem, they brush the customer off by saying their problem is because they didn’t follow the recommeneded oil change interval.   This is irresponsible on the part of mechanics and Service Managers.  NOW AMSOIL has come out with a Video presentation on warranties to help AMSOIL dealers and customers have a better understanding of situations that might arise pertaining to warranty claims.   So don’t be hood winked by uneducated and unscrupulous people. Remember it is your money you are spending and saving by using the best lubricants in the market place, AMSOIL.  Email me at allprocars@knology.net if you have questions or want to discuss this subject further.
